We ordered a limousine for our wedding party and a towncar for ourselves the night of our wedding. The limousine was to bring the girls and then the guys to the church before the wedding, and then bring the entire wedding party (minus ourselves) to the reception hall and leave. The towncar was to arrive at the end of the wedding and take just my new husband and myself to the reception hall, to give us a few minutes to be alone before the reception, and then take us to our hotel after the reception. The limousine brought us to the church, but when the wedding was over, the towncar never showed up. Apparently the manager, who was supposed to be driving the towncar, had become ill and had found someone else to drive us. This replacement never showed, and the limousine driver was unable to catch him or the manager on the phone. Out of the goodness of his heart, the limousine driver, who was supposed to be able to leave immediately after taking the groomsmen and bridesmaids to the reception hall after the wedding, decided to stay and take us to our hotel after the reception was over. He did not have to do this, and we greatly appreciate his kindness. The matter of the towncar never showing, however, was frustrating, and we never even received so much as a letter or call from the manager apologizing for the mix-up. I would not expect this situation to happen regularly, but I would be careful when booking with this company.
